About RPM

Calm, structured leadership for complex work.

RPM was created for organizations that need more than a recommendation. They need someone who will do the work — listening carefully, organizing quickly, building trust, and turning complexity into practical forward motion.

About Monica

Monica Rocchino is an operations and program leader known for bringing structure, clarity, and forward momentum to complex, evolving organizations.

Her career spans both entrepreneurial ventures and large-scale corporate environments, giving her a unique ability to understand how businesses operate at every level—from early-stage ambiguity to enterprise-scale execution.

Monica began her career in the food and hospitality world, where she developed a deep appreciation for quality, systems, and customer experience. After studying organizational behavior and management at Brown University—and spending time in Italy refining her perspective on food and craft—she built a career that blended operational rigor with entrepreneurial drive.

She founded and ran two businesses, including The Local Butcher Shop in Berkeley, which grew into a nationally recognized, M+ operation which was later transitioned into a worker-owned cooperative. Through this experience, she developed a hands-on understanding of building systems, managing teams, and scaling operations in real time.

Monica later brought that same operational mindset into the corporate world, serving as Chief of Staff at PayPal, where she supported two Vice Presidents leading critical engineering organizations. There, she drove cross-functional alignment, built operational cadences, improved hiring processes, and developed KPI frameworks that enabled better decision-making at scale.

Most recently, Monica has managed program and risk management initiatives at Early Warning Services (the company behind Zelle), where she managed complex regulatory and operational projects, aligning teams and processes to meet compliance and business goals.

Across every role, her work centers on a consistent theme: helping organizations move from ambiguity to clarity by defining processes, aligning teams, and building systems that actually work.

Monica lives in Marin County, California, where she remains deeply connected to local food systems and community-based organizations.
